The Group has 135 operating units (84 of which with production facilities) in 35 countries, a turnover in 2020 of about 1,761 million Euros and over 8,000 employees. **Main Responsibilities / Activities** - Develop new business/markets within the assigned area - Manage independently the negotiation of agreements for the supply of “turn-key equipment" - Manage the technical negotiations for essential aspects (conditions, prices, special clauses) which define the contract **Key Competences / Leadership Attributes**: - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Strong focused on business objectives - Strong verbal, written and organizational skills - Customer relationships on multiple levels - Negotiation Skills - Flexibility **Basic Requirements**: - Engineering Master’s Degree - At least 3-5 years of sales experience in international markets, in automatic machines and machine tools sector or engineering of high-tech industrial plants - Availability to travel (60% of working time) - Fluency in English - Fluency in a second language is a plus Job Reference: CGS08818
