**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Kyndryl IT Strategy & Transformation mission is to accelerate the digital transformation and IT modernization agenda of global enterprises and government agencies with a specific focus on designing modern infrastructure and operating model to enable the transformation and leverage cloud as a new delivery and service model.

Our consultants and architects assist clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value. They use in-depth consulting skills, technology knowledge, industry frameworks and best practices to assess client status and needs and help them in defining the proper technology strategy to support their digital transformation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analysis of client current state, define key outcomes, define/revise IT strategy, design conceptual solutions, plan and execute design and implementation work (with support from technical specialists), while accounting for time, cost and quality targets
- Structure, lead and facilitate various design meetings and workshops, be the face of Kyndryl to client leadership, discuss common architecture patterns and reference models, coordinate to ensure the right technical skills are on the team
- Support sales and go to market organization with activities ranging from initial client exploratory meeting, gathering requirements, structuring solution bid, and ramping up the team for execution

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 5+ years performing IT consulting engagements.
- Ability to relate business goals to software architecture to required infrastructure platform and services.
- Understanding of the major architecture frameworks for on-prem and cloud delivery models. Solid understanding of serverless, decoupled architecture, twelve factor apps concepts and their applicability to app modernization
- Experience in driving DevOps adoption in enterprise including tools, process and culture transformation

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- DevOps and CI/CD tooling (particularly in the context of cloud or containers)
- Experience with Agile Development Methodologies
- Experience with mainframe modernization programs
- Experience with industry class discovery tools such as Flexera CloudScape or cloud native tools
- Experience with migration tools like Cloudscape, Zerto, Carbonite, SRDF
- Experience with various IT Operating Models and building organizations to deploy and support key technologies
- Industry specific experience and/or certifications
