**Position Overview**
We are seeking a Product Owner able to define, prioritize and deliver features needed for the transition of acquired companies' technology stacks and systems onto one of the selected flagship platforms of the team.blue group.
Main responsibilities will be:
- Define high level release plans, schedule major milestones for the delivery of a software system.
- Analyze, document and prioritize requirements based on input from stakeholders.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the latest priorities.
- Work closely with development teams, Integrations Managers and other stakeholders to define user stories, acceptance criteria and other relevant documentation to lead the development process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in an international environment, providing regular updates on the status of the integration project and gathering feedback to inform future iterations.
- Monitor key metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement, scaling and automation.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on new functionalities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile software development environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.7
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Ability to prioritize effectively.
- Continuous problem-solving ability.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Billing Systems is a plus.
- Technical background in a technology development role is preferred.
- BS in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
- Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification is a plus.
- Fluent English is required
