Per il Team Sales Export, selezioniamo una risorsa per tirocinio formativo per attività di customer service che possa fornire supporto nelle seguenti attività:
- Data entry in gestionale SAP;
- Analisi dati e creazione di cluster:
- Individuare correlazioni tra i dati al fine di evidenziare trend e modelli ricorrenti;
- Verifica dati di spedizione e logistici;
- Supporto al referente Sales per l’assistenza al cliente;
- Supporto nella relazione e comunicazione con i clienti;
- Supporto nelle richieste ed organizzazione campionature.
**Lingue straniere o discipline economiche **ed ha i seguenti requisiti:
- Conoscenza fluente dell’inglese parlata e scritta;
- Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint);
- Capacità di analisi;
- Capacità di problem solving, attitudine al team working e buona gestione dello stress.
