What you’ll do:

- You will join the HR Systems dedicated team within the Domestic & International Management Systems function. You will report to the Domestic & International Senior Manager;
- You will create technical documentation, unit tests and assist/support User Acceptance Tests (UATs);
- You will be involved in development and configuration of systems integration and reports.

Who you are:

- You have at least 4 years of experience in the HR processes and systems or similar roles;
- You have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or IT Engineering;
- You have excellent knowledge of HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits and Recruiting Processes;
- You know how to coordinate external suppliers and monitor data for HR to ensure data integrity;
- You have excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English and Italian;
- You are a problem solver and always up for a new and exciting challenge.

Preferrably, you also have:

- Previous experience in managing and planning product release strategies for each semester, fixing and improving bug errors for the team, resolving configuration anomalies.
