**YOUR TASKS**
- You are a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay
- You are in charge of the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-out
- You are the first point of contact for our guests and all other visitors like suppliers and external technicians
- You respond to our guests' questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions and activities
- Bar tendering: prepare hot and cold drinks according to the recipes
- You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive one
- You're flexible and understand that we are rotation shifts (Morning, Evening and Night shifts)
- Responsible for cleaning, hygiene, tidiness of the public and service areas and of the guest kitchen
- Works shifts in service, bar and reception area when necessary
- Last but not least; you're a great colleague, not afraid to jump in to support other departments every now and then

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You possess initial experience (min. 1 year) and are passionate about hospitality
- You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks
- You are a people person, you like helping others and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests
- You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together
- You have good knowledge of a front office system (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT)
- You are fluent in English (B2) and Italian
- You are available to work on the weekends, public holidays, day and night shifts
