Who you are
For our Pisa’s Store we are looking for talents who want to undertake a training and development path in the context of Omnichannel Customer Experience.
- You have a Degree in Communication, Marketing Strategy or similar.
- You are interested about the Home Furnishing business.
- You are a cheerful and outgoing person that have an entrepreneur spirit and believes in our corporate mission of creating a better everyday life for the many people.
- You are ready to undertake a journey in a multinational context and in a dynamic, fluid, structured and constantly changing environment.
**Your responsibilities**
Through this internship and a training project focused on Omnichannel Customer Experience, you will become part of our team. Your main task will be to contribute in creating an unforgettable and rewarding shopping experience in an omnichannel environment also encouraging customers to meet IKEA in a digital way.
Guided by your company’s tutor and together with your team you will be able to:
- Be an ambassador of the Omnichannel Customer Experience in IKEA.
- Learn on the job, through the activities connected to the department, how to approach customers and facilitate their shopping experience across all channels.
- Implement and improve the digital tools available by fully exploiting their potential so that they become indispensable for customers and co-workers.
- Contribute to IKEA growth ensuring top quality on service experience.
- Be an active player in the store promoting innovative solutions and activities both digital and physical.
- Monitor and analyze the trend of connected KPIs.
**About this work area**
6 months, 39 hours per week. At the end of the internship a possible direct placement in the company will be evaluated.
