We are a growing team looking for an Operations Analyst Intern in the Operations Program & Innovation department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office. WHAT YOU WILL DO As an Operations Analyst Intern you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like supporting the Operations Programs & Innovation department by analyzing and identifying logistic network inefficiencies. In this role, you will - Manage data entry and checking; - Check documents; - Manage reports; - Support the definition of processes useful to identify best practices for the resolution of issues; - Support quality improvements with strong focus on network performance monitoring; - Analyze operational problems to identify the root causes and recommend corrective actions based on the daily monitoring of KPIs (i.e. on time performances, incidents); - Work closely with Operations and Program Management teams; - Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
