Per importante azienda nel settore consulenza, si cerca Account Payable Specialist - Junior
La risorsa dovrà occuparsi delle seguenti attività:
- Gestione albo fornitori e anagrafiche fornitori;
- Registrazione fatture fornitori (IT, UE e extra-UE, asset e IFRS16) con particolare attenzione alla corretta imputazione e competenza economica del costo;
- Controllo e quadratura fatture pervenute allo SDI;
- Controllo scadenzari, produzione reportistica scaduti e gestione eventuali solleciti fornitori;
- Predisposizione flussi di pagamento ai fornitori;
- Supporto alle attività di predisposizione dichiarativi periodici (es. Intrastat, LIPE, liquidazione iva);
- Supporto alle attività di elaborazione e predisposizione delle chiusure mensili/trimestrali e dei Bilanci di Esercizio delle società delle BU secondo i principi contabili di riferimento;
Si richiede:
- Esperienza lavorativa in ambito amministrazione e finanza
- Laurea in discipline economiche;
- Solide competenze contabili e precisione;
- Conoscenza delle normative fiscali in materia di obblighi e modalità di fatturazione e di IVA;
- Conoscenza principi contabili IFRS
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Gradita la conoscenza di SAP S4/HANA;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Orari di lavoro: da lunedì a venerdì, dalle 9 alle 18. La retribuzione sarà commisurata all'esperienza della risorsa.
