Electronic Engineering

**Mansioni**:
Analizzare le specifiche tecniche ed i requisiti elettronici ed elettrici dei nuovi prodotti e dei componenti impiegati
Individuare ed analizzare le criticità del prodotto e dei componenti (D-FMEA e FTA) e dei processi (P-FMEA)
Partecipare alla redazione delle P-FMEA e del Control Plan
Effettuare le prove necessarie sul prodotto e sui componenti in esso impiegati al fine di individuare le possibili criticità legate alla industrializzazione e al processo di produzione
Collaborare nella definizione delle specifiche per le fasi di lavorazione
Individuare le strumentazioni più idonee ad effettuare i controlli e le lavorazioni necessarie
Effettuare le validazioni di processo previste, secondo IATF
Individuare i parametri caratterizzanti il processo, da monitorare con SPC
Monitorare e analizzare le performance delle strumentazioni utilizzate per individuare proposte di miglioramento, definendo le azioni correttive
Valutare potenzialità e limiti d’uso delle tecnologie di produzione adottate e disponibili sul mercato
Documentarsi ed aggiornarsi continuamente sulle nuove tecnologie produttive
Sviluppare software di collaudo elettrico e funzionale su schede elettroniche di potenza

**Titolo di studio**: Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica

**Conoscenze/Capacità**:
Conoscenza e capacità di lettura di disegni tecnici elettrici ed elettronici.
Conoscenza approfondita sui dispositivi elettronici di potenza a semiconduttori
Gradita conoscenza protocolli di comunicazione (CAN, CAN FD; FLEXRAY, LIN, I2S, I2C, SPI, RS232)
Conoscenza d’uso dei software CAD elettrico/elettronico
Conoscenza processi di montaggio e collaudo schede elettroniche di potenza
Conoscenza sistemi di misura, uso sensoristica, sviluppo banchi automatici di collaudo per schede elettroniche di potenza e inverter automotive.
Conoscenza d’uso software LabView TestStand e Matlab.
