**Job description**
The Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be accountable for the management books of Lifestyle DESIGN perimeter within Haworth Group comprising several Brands/Companies.
S/he will be responsible to generate and submit all Reporting packages required by Global HQ in USA. Important part of the role is also the ability to provide meaningful comments of monthly results and generate ad-hoc analysis needed to guide the organization towards a strong result oriented approach.
**Main activities**
- Manage, control and analyze monthly management books closing
- Submission of outlooks and forecasts both at IS and BS level, including cash flow
- Submission of global Reporting Packages
- Facilitate and control Budget, Forecast and Outlook process
- Ad-hoc reports and analysis (as an example: DOS profitability, KPI’s dashboard, cost control, BI reports )
**Qualifications for the role**
- A proven knowledge of systems will be required
- Fluency in both Italian and English
