A manufacturing company, part of an international Group, is looking for a **part time HR Generalist for its sites in the Milan area.**

This role requires fluent English, both in speaking and writing, to be able to deal with the international HR team on a daily basis.

**Posizione**:
You will be an **experienced HR generalist**, able to work in a team but also to drive forward projects and activities indipendently, with skills and past professional experience in 4 areas:
**legal**: solid knowledge of labour laws and employment regulations

**admin**: experience in the payroll run and all administrative activities related to the HR function

**corporate**: you will be involved in all HR operations, supporting both local management and staff

**recruiting**: search and selection of both permanent and temporary staff, to ensure the right level of personnel at any given time

**Requisiti**:
**Study**: Degree in Human Resources or equivalent culture.

**Years of experience**: At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the role within the manufacturing industry.

**Languages**: Fluent in Italian and English, both in speaking and writing.

**Working hours and sites**: Flexible hours, 50% part time. You will need to be able to travel indipendently between two working sites.
