Stiamo cercando un Disponente Trasporti Internazionali a Temperatura Controllata, anche senza esperienza specifica, ma con voglia di crescere e imparare nel settore della logística.

La risorsa si occuperà dell’organizzazione, monitoraggio e gestione delle spedizioni internazionali di merci sensibili, garantendo il mantenimento della catena del freddo.

Cerchiamo una persona motivata, precisa e con ottime doti comunicative, che sappia interfacciarsi quotidianamente con clienti e partner esteri. È richiesta un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e spagnola.

La conoscenza di ulteriori lingue straniere (es. francese, tedesco) sarà considerata un titolo preferenziale.

Sede di lavoro: Frascati / Tor Vergata

Principali responsabilità:
Pianificare e coordinare i trasporti internazionali di merci a temperatura controllata.

Monitorare la temperatura e garantire la catena del freddo durante il trasporto.

Preparare e gestire la documentazione doganale e di spedizione.

Gestire la comunicazione con clienti e fornitori per garantire spedizioni puntuali e senza problemi.

Ottimizzare le rotte e i costi operativi mantenendo standard elevati di qualità e sicurezza.

Risolvere tempestivamente emergenze e problematiche legate alle spedizioni.

Assicurare la compliance con le normative internazionali e le certificazioni di settore.

Preparare report sulle performance delle spedizioni e analizzare i risultati.
