To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications. Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Finance Strategy Specialist to join the Finance Strategy Team. Some of the essentials for you to know are: Location: Milan Team Size: 4 Reporting into: Finance Strategy Manager Contract Type: Permanent Workplace Type: Hybrid Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing: - Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis suitable for the creation of Business Cases related to the Group's strategic plan- Drafting of Business Cases related to the execution of the strategic plan of the Group- Analytical support in reviewing the financial impacts of Business Cases related to the execution of the Group's strategic plan- Support in the development of financial models aimed at measuring quantitative impacts of Business opportunities- Creation of documentation to support Business Review meetings with top management and shareholders- Support in the coordination of Cross-Functional Teams capable of executing strategic projects and following a Data Driven approach- Support and coordinate special projects related to the Group Cash Cycle improvement The type of person that we are looking for: - University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Controlling- At least 2+ years of total work experience, including significant experience in strategy, business operations and project management, within management consulting firms or corporate strategy roles- Impeccable strategic and operational thinking, with a work experience that shows a history of both strategic and "hands-on" projects: - Demonstrated ability to be at ease with financial planning tools and methodologies- Process management skills and experience managing and improving complex projects/processes- Experience with analytical problem solving, quantitative analysis and insights communication towards Management- Natural curiosity, exceptional analytical skills and the ability to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data, formulate and test hypotheses- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)- Well-developed business acumen- Ability to work across teams, build relationships and influencing others- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with an entrepreneurial approach- Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in Italian and English - _ Experience Level: Associate Workplace Type: Hybrid
