Casappa è un’azienda multinazionale italiana, leader nel settore di riferimento, fondata 70 anni fa dalla Famiglia Casappa, che ne è a tutt’oggi proprietaria.

Per il nostro Headquarter di Parma, stiamo ricercando un **Account Manager**.

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno dell’area Sales&Marketing, riportando al Sales Manager Dealers, gestirà il mercato della distribuzione nelle aree assegnate. In dettaglio, si occuperà delle **seguenti attività**:

- Presidiare la rete di distributori esistenti assegnati e individuare nuove potenzialità di business;
- In relazione agli obiettivi economici assegnati, gestire i Clienti esistenti, sviluppare il portafoglio e la rete commerciale;
- Redigere il budget di vendita dei Clienti assegnati;
- Analizzare le tendenze di mercato del settore distributivo;
- Negoziare e redigere i contratti di vendita;
- Promuovere nuovi prodotti e servizi:

- Definire e collaborare ai piani marketing dell’azienda.
- Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici di vendita per la zona assegnata;
- Sviluppare nuove strategie finalizzate alla crescita del mercato di riferimento.
- Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica, gestionale o discipline economiche;
- Esperienza specifica di almeno 5 anni, maturata in posizione analoga, all'interno di realtà aziendali di medie/grandi dimensioni;
- Buona conoscenza del settore oleodinamico;
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali applicativi informatici in ambiente MS Office, ed in particolare uso avanzato di Excel;
- Conoscenza ed utilizzo quotidiano di sistemi informatici ERP e BI;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Disponibilità alle trasferte.

- Spiccate doti di relazione e di comunicazione;
- Predisposizione a lavorare per obiettivi.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato
