Within the International Private Bank Italy Division, we are looking for the Product Owner Domain Lead (PODL) for Daily Banking & Product Owner (PO) for the Payments squad.

This role sits in the Agile Division within the COO Department, reporting into the Italy Regional Change Lead, and will work adopting the “Agile framework”, managing resources and working closely with the Scrum Master, Business Analysts, Architects and the entire squad in preparing and delivering requirements, specifics and other information or data.

The person will lead the Daily Banking tribe, driving its prioritization and ensuring full alignment with COO, business, products stakeholders & Control Functions, being responsible for achieving a balance between delivering journeys which wow our clients while being compliant with the bank’s control requirements. A close interaction with the Corporate Bank also needs to be ensured.
Daily Banking Italy is one of the most important tribe domain and includes some key initiatives for IPB Italy such as Target2, new Corporate Banking platform, PDS, SDDA as well as many regulatory & mandatory initiatives in the Payments area, Party Data, Deposits, etc.

The PODL will also act as PO in the Payments squad, driving its key initiatives, both REG&MAN as well as CTB (e.g., SEPA, SWIFT, TARGET, RiBa, Bills of Exchange, MAV, CBILL, etc.).

The job of the PO is essential in delivering high-end products and ensuring expected business benefits are realized.
