The TA programme will support the EIB’s Caribbean Water Sanitation and Clean Ocean Program Loan_, which aims to improve access to water, public health, climate resilience, environmental protection and a healthy ocean through investments in security of water supply, wastewater collection and treatment, storm water management, flood management and solid waste management as part of the post-COVID-19 pandemic recovery plan._
- The purpose of this TA is to support the identification, selection, preparation and implementation of technically, financially, economically, environmentally and socially sound investment projects in the water and solid waste sectors in the eligible Caribbean countries in accordance with national and EU priorities, whilst supporting and extending existing donor programmes as appropriate. Eligible countries are: Antigua & Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, St Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, Saint-Vincent & the Grenadines, Suriname and Trinidad & Tobago._

He/she will be in charge of the overall COASTAL PROTECTION AND FLOOD MANAGEMENT studies in terms of priorities and content, ensuring overall coherence of approach, ensuring adequacy to the needs, the objectives and purposes of the Consultancy and delivering timely quality outputs.

Seureca is looking for a COASTAL PROTECTION AND FLOOD MANAGEMENT EXPERT with the following requirements:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Environmental / Hydraulic Engineering.
- Master’s degree in Hydraulic will be added advantage.

General experience:

- Minimum of 15 years working experience
