Et Labora ricerca per un'azienda partner nel settore informatico, un IT SUPPORT HELP DESK per la sede di VENEZIA.

**Posizione**:
La persona prescelta lavorerà presso la sede del Ministero dei Trasporti - Motorizzazione di Venezia

La figura sarà seguita e assistita dal Responsabile tecnico attuale e dal team di colleghi che potranno supportarla da remoto per problematiche particolari.

Il suo obiettivo sarà la gestione del ciclo di vita di tutti gli apparati informatici della sede, occupandosi di ogni installazione lato hardware e software per le circa 120 postazioni di lavoro presenti e il relativo troubleshooting.

**Requisiti**:
Si richiede:

- Esperienza pregressa nel supporto informatico
- Padronanza Sistemi Microsoft
- Gestione di troubleshooting hardware e software in tempi brevi
- Ottime capacità di analisi e comunicazione
- Orientamento al Team working e al problem solving
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di integrazione interfunzionale
- Domicilio Venezia o Hinterland
