**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**:

- Develop and execute the branch’s strategic business plan to achieve growth targets and enhance market presence.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- **
Commercial Growth**:

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- **
Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and internal policies, particularly those established by CONSOB.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
- **
Financial Management**:

- Oversee the branch’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Analyze financial metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- **
Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Act as the main point of contact with regulatory authorities, ensuring transparent and effective communication with CONSOB.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Business Administration**, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, with a strong emphasis on **regulatory compliance**:

- Proven experience managing a branch or similar operations in the** financial sector**:

- In-depth knowledge of Italian financial regulations and experience working with **CONSOB**:

- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on results
- Excellent communication skills in both** Italian and English**.
