e-work SpA, HR Executive Branch, seleziona per azienda cliente operante nel settore del trasporto merci un:
HEAD OF INTERMODAL SALES

La risorsa, a riporto diretto del Chief Commercial Officer, avrà la responsabilità del raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali nel rispetto dei KPI e delle risorse assegnate.

Si occuperà di:

- gestire la forza vendite della propria divisione;
- gestire un portafoglio di clienti già attivi ed ampliarlo ulteriormente attraverso lo sviluppo di new business sul servizio intermodale;
- proporre e promuovere nuove soluzioni e/o servizi di trasporto intermodale;
- identificare e perseguire opportunità commerciali;
- collaborare con tutti gli altri reparti coinvolti
- elaborare e condividere le strategie commerciali
- affiancare la forza vendita nelle trattative strategiche
- analizzare la redditività dei contratti
- preparazione del budget annuale e dei relativi forecast
- preparazione e gestione di weekly meeting sull'andamento commerciale

Si richiede consolidata esperienza nella mansione, disponibilità a trasferte e abilità di negoziazione.

Si offre contratto di assunzione con retribuzione da valutare in base all'esperienza, liv. Quadro.
