VISITA LE NOSTRE STRUTTURE

La risorsa inserita sarà il punto di riferimento dell'intera struttura alberghiera, gestendo, organizzando e coordinando in modo operativo le attività di tutti i reparti e valorizzando le capacità dei collaboratori. Dovrà supervisionare il lato amministrativo e qualitativo di tutti servizi offerti dalla struttura attenendosi alle procedure e agli standard dettati dalla catena nel rispetto degli obiettivi economici stabiliti.

E' la posizione adatta a te se hai:

- Diploma o Laurea ad indirizzo turistico alberghiero
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, meglio se presso gruppi alberghieri o catene internazionali
- Capacità di gestire e motivare i collaboratori
- Conoscenze e competenze approfondite nella gestione dei reparti legati alla ristorazione (sala, bar, economato,cucina)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, gradita anche la conoscenza di una seconda lingua (tedesco)
- Forte orientamento alla soddisfazione dell'ospite
- Capacità di gestione del team di lavoro e di valorizzare le competenze dei collaboratori
- Buona conoscenza dei sistemi informatici e programmi gestionali alberghieri
