Pr & Events Manager

**As part of the Communication team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions**:
Define and implement PR, Digital PR and Paid Influence strategy and manage Sephora Italia brand activation projects and events ensuring best in class execution.

**Key Activities/Responsibilities**
- ** Public Relations**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive short and long term PR strategies and KPIs to enhance Sephora Italia and exclusive third party brands' visibility and reputation.
- Manage media relations, leveraging strong relationships with key media contacts to ensure earned media coverage and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and manage crisis communication if needed.
- Cultivate and coordinate talent relationships and partnerships and ensure effective earned results through dedicated pr activities.
- ** Influencer marketing**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and brand vision.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure that all influencer-generated content adheres to brand guidelines and fit relevantly to current trends and channel-specific language.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including the Media and Social Media teams, to ensure optimal coordination of 360° campaigns.
- ** Event Management**:

- Plan, organize, and execute high-profile events, including PR open days, product launches, consumer events, and field activations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution and post-event analysis.
- ** Strategic Planning**:

- Identify and leverage new opportunities for brand exposure and engagement on the Italian market
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for PR and event activities.
- ** Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor a team of PR and event professionals
- Provide guidance and support in executing PR campaigns and event plans.
- ** Management and Coordination of PR, Digital PR and Event Agencies**:

- Identify and manage PR, digital PR, and event agencies based on the company’s strategic goals and budget.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with selected agencies

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in PR and event management.
- Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and high-impact events.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
