You support our team as Specialist Accounting **Responsibilities**: Manages tax accounting documents related to incoming payments, customer portals, credit and debit notes, penalties, and billing process. **Provides regular accounting reports to management teams**: Overdue, KPI reports on debit notes, and analysis as required. Manages monthly, quarterly and annual closings. Prepares various financial documents such as Intrastat and VAT returns. Participates in internal audits, prepares and reviews required supporting documentation. Uses and develops new methods based on learned knowledge to make improvements into accounting systems processes. Participates in cross-functional project tables or projects focused on accounting processes. Supports the accounting manager and controllers in case of accounting emergencies or anomalies, highlighting them promptly. **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience Relevant certifications, system experience, and training Professional-Level English language skills, other languages an advantage Strong PC skills and proficiency with spreadsheet programs (e.g. Excel) Strongly knowledge of SAP **Communication & Collaboration**: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization. **Value for Customers**: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations.
