You support our team as SPECIALIST ACCOUNTING **Responsibilities**: - Invoicing Excellence: Manage the invoicing process with precision and accuracy. - Debit & Credit Note Management: Oversee the management of debit and credit notes to maintain financial integrity. - Payment Processing: Handle incoming payments and ensure timely processing. - Reminders & Dunning: Implement reminders and dunning processes to manage overdue accounts effectively. - Overdue Management: Take charge of overdue management to minimize financial risks. - Price Discrepancies: Resolve price differences to maintain accurate financial records. **Qualifications**: - Educational Background: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience. - Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting. - Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in English; additional languages (French and/or Spanish) are a plus. - Skills needed to be successful in this role: - Expertise: Knowledge of Italian accounting principles. - Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with SAP is preferred. - Your Personal Attributes: Proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team. - Commitment & Flexibility: High level of commitment and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. - Travel: Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10% of the time) to enhance your professional experience. - Why Join Us? - Impactful Role: Your expertise will directly contribute to our financial stability and growth. - Collaborative Environment: Work with a team of dedicated professionals who value innovation and excellence. - Professional Growth: Opportunities for continuous learning and career advancement. - Global Exposure: Gain international experience and broaden your professional horizons The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
