**About the Role**:

- **Location**: Gilbarco Veeder-Root office, Firenze
- **Your Mission**: Support the Italy finance team by managing accounts payable, handling manual journal entries, and delivering key finance functions during maternity cover.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with experts across General Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and more, while connecting with global stakeholders.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years (or more) in finance roles.

**Skills**:

- Strong accounts payable knowledge.
- Confident with manual journal entries.
- Familiarity with Italian GAAP (US GAAP is a bonus)
- Proficient in English and Excel (think formulas, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation).
- A team player who learns fast and thrives in an international environment.

**Tech Must-Haves**:

- ERP experience, especially with GD Edward.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

**Bonus Points For**:

- Experience with Oracle HFM/Iberion consolidation tools.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: €33,800.00 - €39,900.00 per month
