**Your main tasks will be**:
**Contract management tasks**
- Strengthen interface between Business and Legal department; identify complex issues and refer them to

Inhouse counsel
- Review title documentation and execute and/or notarize real estate contracts, including register rights

with local land registries
- Validate (existing) lease agreements and verify land status in the context of investment decisions
- Support due diligence processes for M&A transactions as needed
- Support ongoing digitization initiative (see below) and verify lease data in land mgmt.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing correspondence, contract preparation

**Digitization**
- Support further implementation of Land Lease tool
- Administer and manage contracts within Land Lease tool

Standardization
- Drive standardization and process improvement initiatives
- Align and implement new standard processes in area of responsibility
- Promote standardization, improve templates and reflect lessons learned

**Your powerful skills**:

- You have successfully completed your university degree, such as law school or others
- You have 2-3 years of experience with notarization in the Italian jurisdiction
- You ideally demonstrate basic knowledge of real estate law
- You exhibit excellent communication skills
- You are excited to work in an international environment
- You work diligently, with a high attention to detail (e.g. analytical review of incoming documentation)
- Your high level of engagement, proactive behavior and can-do attitude, along with ability to work professionally and accurately under pressure define you
- You are willing to travel occasionally
- You are proficient in handling the MS Office Suite
- You are fluent in English and Italian

**Advantageous, not a must**:

- You ideally have already gathered experience related to lease analysis and administration, contract management and/or asset management
- Your experience with land securing activities, ideally in the energy industry complement your profile; prior experience in a corporate environment is beneficial
- A proven track-record of effectively collaborating with stakeholders
- Project management experience strongly preferred, history of process design and optimization beneficial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred
