Your **to-do list**:

- Help sell and socialize the holistic retail media network product strategy and approach across onsite and offsite channels.
- Create a strong relationship with main Italian retailers (grocery, electronics, fashion, beauty, pharma )
- Build relationships with Retail Media, product players and technology partners, to unlock test & learns, beta access, and other high-value opportunities.
- Build the Retail Media Strategy from a ‘retailer’ perspective, working with the Publicis Media team, as key partners to ensure a connected Media Ecosystem approach.
- Build strong relationships and support collaboration across cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Buying, Trade, Brand Marketing) to drive alignment on roadmap needs, feature definition, and business requirements.
- Perform and Out-perform revenue targets - handle pipeline, accurately forecast
- Proactively pitch for new revenue and create reactive proposals in response to retailers briefs, ensuring response to brief is timely, creative, innovative and effective

**PMX** is looking for a **Sales Manager, Retail Media, **for its Milan offices.

We are focusing on the development a strong capability on Retail Media: creating new value exchanges for Brands and accelerating ad monetization growth on Retailers platforms. Reporting to the Retail Media Network Lead, the Retail Media Sales manager will be responsible for the development and expansion of the Retailers’ network

**Qualifications**

If in your **past experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in digital, retail and/or tech sales
- knowledge about Retail Media platforms/tech, agency partners, holistic planning, measurement & attribution, analytics, audience building, optimization, etc.
- Experience in selling digital advertising solutions
- Strong ability to cultivate relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to prioritize, work cooperatively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with strong executive writing skills (e.g., able to craft punchy, data-driven stories in 1-2 pages)
