**Posizione**:
Per una delle nostre strutture di Taormina siamo alla ricerca di** **un/una **Front Office Manager** e di un/una **Front Office Assistant Manager** che entrino a far parte di VRetreats e che condividano con noi la nostra passione per l’eccellenza.

Riportando all'Hotel Manager, il/la **Front Office Manager** dovrà occuparsi di:

- Coordinare e gestire il Team del Front Office assicurando la corretta pianificazione e il migliore svolgimento delle attività relative all’accoglienza e gestione dell’Ospite, assistendolo nella risoluzione di eventuali richieste e proponendo esperienze d'eccellenza per il suo soggiorno
- Curare e garantire la comunicazione e la sinergia nel reparto e con gli altri reparti, analizzare ed elaborare i report di forecast e garantire l’espletamento di tutti gli adempimenti amministrativi, normativi, fiscali e relativi alla privacy

**Requisiti**:
Carisma, spiccata propensione al contatto e alle relazioni con gli Ospiti, ma anche senso di responsabilità e rispetto per le procedure aziendali e standard di qualità saranno necessarie per guidare un Team attento ad accogliere, assistere e garantire all’Ospite un’esperienza di soggiorno unica.

E’ richiesta un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e di una seconda lingua, conoscenza dei gestionali alberghieri preferibilmente Scrigno e del pacchetto office.

Un’esperienza mínima di 2 anni nel ruolo.
