Front Office StaffWe are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing front office staff ready to plunge into an overwhelming experience of glamour, entertainment and very strong commitment. The goal is to sponsor a helpful image by honoring guests’ requests and to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and engagement. We are after a humble team player who is willing to grow and thinks outside of the box.Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires· Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packagesDeal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds· Ensure smooth processing of payments and accounting operations· 3+ years of experience in Front office· Experience with needs assessment techniques, quality standards and satisfaction evaluation techniques· Hands on experience with front office management software· Proficiency in English and Italian, multilingualism will be considered an asset· Ability to work flexible hours· BS degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field will be considered an asset· Valid Italian driving licence
