Per azienda cliente, importante multinazionale operante nel settore chimico farmaceutico, siamo alla ricerca di un:
**Operational Excellence Manager**

La risorsa guida la governance dell’ottimizzazione delle performance degli Equipment, e nello specifico:

- Identifica, costruisce e sviluppa strategie di Operational Excellence in collaborazione con la funzione Corporate Operational Excellence;
- Applica la struttura ed il rigore della metodologia Six Sigma ed in generale metodologie Continues improvement a supporto dei progetti di Sito;
- Supporta i colleghi nella comprensione e nell’applicazione dei tool Lean e Six Sigma;
- Crea le opportunità per la condivisione delle migliori pratiche operative all’interno del Network aziendale e se richiesto, supporta con la specifica competenza altri siti nel Network stesso;
- Promuove l’Operational Excellence come parte del processo culturale per sostenere comportamenti Lean e Six Sigma;
- Allinea gli obiettivi di Operational Excellence di sito alle richieste del Site Leadership Team;
- Crea elevata visibilità dei dati Operational Excellence di Sito al fine di promuovere il coinvolgimento e le opportunità di diffusione degli obiettivi e dei risultati;
- Opera in linea con la normativa e la legislazione vigente, le norme cGMP, le policy aziendali;
- Opera finanziariamente in linea con quanto previsto dalla legislazione italiana e dalle Politiche e Procedure aziendali;
- Gestisce ed utilizza le risorse energetiche e degli asset aziendali assegnati nel rispetto del piano / modalità stabilite;
- Agisce in sicurezza rispettando le norme e le policy EHS aziendali, collabora con i superiori al fine di rispettare le regole di prevenzione anche ambientale, segnalando le non conformità rilevate.

Competenze richieste:

- Laurea in discipline tecnico/scientifiche (Ingegneria);
- Conoscenza avanzata delle cGMPs e delle norme di riferimento per il settore farmaceutico;
- Padronanza delle metodologie Lean & Six Sigma e dei principali tools di Project Management;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office;
- Spiccate doti di Leadership, orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati, autonomia gestionale, comprovata gestione dello stress, forte capacità di “decision making” & “problem solving”.
