**Better starts and ends with the customer**

You will support the Sales team in implementing and executing the development plan for the Italian market. Working with the Go-To-Market Manager, whilst supporting his team, you will support the Business Development Managers in all sales activities and marketing initiatives to position WU Business Solutions in the marketplace and support lead generation. You will be responsible for maintaining the compliance/data integrity for the existing clients utilizing Salesforce, preparing record transfers and updates.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

- A previous experience in B2B and Financial Services is preferred
- Interest in the financial market or payment sector
- Ability to be creative, with strong attention to detail and high organizational skills
- Driven and results-oriented individual, who wants to start a career in the B2B Sales or marketing field
- Positive, enthusiastic, and open-minded with a proactive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Native speaker level in Italian and fluent level in English languages required

IMPORTANT NOTE: Following the Western Union Business Solutions divestiture announcement on August 4, 2021, recruitment efforts will continue for this position on behalf of Western Union. However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude.
