Atlante Portugal Hseq Specialist

Atlante is NHOA’s new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated. The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA - which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator - Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.

**Posizione**:
In this fast-growing environment, you will be responsible for overseeing the proper execution of execution of various sized projects promoting a “zero incident” environment for the installation of charging stations.

You will join Atlante Infra Portugal SA, working in the **Lisbon **office or alternatively **Porto.**

**Tasks and Duties**
- You will plan, implement, coordinate, and supervise HSE activities (internal for Atlante Team and external for suppliers which will perform site activities)
- You will promote the “zero incident”
- You will provide support the HSEQ Iberia Manager with local HSEQ Instructions/procedures
- You will support the HSEQ Iberia Manager for developing and maintaining of the Integrated (HSEQ) management System.
- You will provide support for Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and occupational medical tests needed to Atlante Team.
- You will assure the compliance of buildings/office where Atlante Team works
- You will perform HSEQ audit during site activities (installation and maintenance)
- You will support the Head Quarter for contract management in terms of local HSE requirements
- You will perform HSEQ Atlante risk assessment based on Atlante technical profiles
- You will oversee the emergency management (assure evacuation building plan, etc.)
- You will report HSEQ KPI to the HSEQ Iberia Manager and Head of HSEQ of Atlante

**Requisiti**:

- Technical or Engineering Degree
- Almost 2 years of experience as HSEQ Specialist.
- Experience in Health & Security Management of civil works and/or electrical facilities are considered a plus
- Knowledge of local legislation on HSE topics. e-mobility infrastructures experience will be appreciated
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
- Knowledge of main HSE risks associated to the Atlante’s activities, e-mobility infrastructures experience will be appreciated
- Knowledge of local HSE requirements, standards and regulations to be included within the general documents issued by the Head Quarter (e.g. contracts with landlords and Terms & Conditions with suppliers)
- Knowledge of local HSE requirements (e.g. training, certifications, etc,) to be hold by suppliers which performed activities for Atlante
- Suppliers’ management for HSE topics
- Knowledge of HSE training associated to every local Atlante’s technical profile
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Spanish (mostly) and Italian are considered a plus
- Microsoft Office tools
