**1 SUSTAINABILITY & ESG SPECIALIST**
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Raccolta di dati di reporting non finanziario;
- Monitoraggio e disseminazione dei trend normativi all’interno del Gruppo;
- Identificazione e valutazione di nuove opportunità, standard e best practices di sostenibilità;
- Approfondimento di tematiche, iniziative e strategie di sostenibilità (es. riduzione dell'impronta ambientale, massimizzazione del valore sociale delle iniziative interne/esterne, ecc.);
- Sviluppo progetti e iniziative inerenti la valutazione degli impatti di sostenibilità (es. Science Based Target Initiative, TCFD, Tassonomia, ecc.);
- Presidio processo di assurance esterna del reporting non finanziario, identificando gli opportuni miglioramenti e assicurando l’elaborazione del reporting aziendale in linea con i requisiti legislativi e le relative best practices;
- Monitoraggio mensile degli obiettivi aziendali e delle prestazioni di sostenibilità rispetto ai KPI, riportando i risultati al management;
- Presidio strategia di misurazione, riduzione e compensazioni delle emissioni GHG.

Stipendio: €28.000,00 - €33.000,00 all'anno
