Siamo alla ricerca di una persona specializzata nell’ambito del **Sustainability Reporting (ESG)** da inserire all’interno della **Funzione Finance** di Capogruppo.

Entrando a far parte della nostra squadra, potrai fornire supporto alle attività volte alla predisposizione dell’informativa di sostenibilità richiesta dal nuovo framework normativo di riferimento (“_Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive”_ cd. ”_CSRD_”), e in particolare:

- Coordinamento della raccolta delle informazioni qualitative e quantitative per la predisposizione dell’informativa da rendicontare in ambito CSRD;
- Implementazione e predisposizione dell’informativa _CRSD_;
- Coordinamento dei consulenti esterni che accompagnano la Banca nella fase di predisposizione della rendicontazione ESG;
- Predisposizione della documentazione da presentare nelle opportune sedi di Governance;
- Raccolta delle informazioni in ambito di Normativa sulla “_EU Taxonomy_”.

Potrai inoltre essere di supporto nelle seguenti attività:

- Coordinamento per la predisposizione dell’informativa relativa alla “Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures” (c.d. “TCFD”);
- Monitoraggio dei controlli sull’informativa “CSRD” e la “EU Taxonomy”;
- Analisi e approfondimento di tematiche di sostenibilità.

Le specifiche attività e la partecipazione a progetti di lavoro interni alla banca potranno richiedere l'interlocuzione con molteplici aree della Banca.

Sei la persona che stiamo cercando se hai conseguito la laurea magistrale in materie economiche, se hai una buona conoscenza dei temi di sostenibilità e dei relativi framework normativi ed in particolare dei contenuti della CSRD e dei principi di redazione di riferimento (cd. “_European Sustainability Reporting Standars_” cd. “_ESRS_”). Richiediamo un'esperienza di **almeno 1 anno** maturata in analoghe attività presso società che sono soggette a framework normativi di sostenibilità e/o società di revisione o consulenza che si occupano di tali tematiche.

Completano il profilo doti attitudine al lavoro in team, capacità di gestione autonoma delle attività nei tempi assegnati, nonché analisi qualitative e quantitative dei dati. E' richiesta buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese, della suite Microsoft Office (xls, word e power point) e costituisce fattore distintivo la conoscenza della suite Tagetik.
