**Position**:
Partnering with Country Managers and Store Managers, the **Retail Excellence Trainer** contributes to define retail training activities to develop Retail teams competence and confidence to provide the best guest experience and lift performance.
He/She ensures the implementation of the Retail Excellence Trainings in Store and is responsible that the necessary in-store coaching activities are correctly implemented and performed.
- Identifies training needs and follows-up with proposals to develop retail staff competences across the area of responsibility
- Ensures all staff is properly and timely trained on the topics defined by the Region (and in line with WW Retail Excellence Programs)
- Delivers training both in person and from remote (focus: guest engagement/service, selling skills, organization, action plans)
- Responsible for learning programs roll-out and trainings delivery adapting content and format to the audience based on their level as well as local context
- Guarantees that new hires have attended the induction/onboarding activities
- Ensure overall training calendar timely coordination and update (_in primis_ Product Training)
- Follows up on training initiatives to guarantee top level guest experience and impeccable execution directly providing coaching on the job when needed
- Partnering with Country Manager and Store Managers, monitors Retail Staff competences through the analysis of Mystery Shopping/NPS reports and works out follow up activities and training initiatives accordingly
- Partners with HR Business Partner for individual and team development plans
- Supports internal stakeholders (i.e.: Product, Operations, CRM and Visual) in terms of learning methodology, and training delivery and verifies that the roll-out schedule is respected
- Takes care of the entire training organization process and logistics (choice of site and rooms, material preparation, training space arrangement, etc.)
- Reviews training support material and makes sure defined approach, templates and quality standards are respected
- Is responsible for rehearsals and post-training follow up (evaluation, feedback, etc.)
- Maintains training databases and performs updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
- Regularly examines data and creates reports that provides relevant insights
- Supports Country Manager and Store Managers in ensuring our retail policies and procedures are consistently implemented
**Profile**:
- University degree or equivalent culture
- Seniority (year): at least 5-7 years of experience in the role
- Good understanding of the retail business, of the client profile and of his expectations
- Background in luxury retail is a plus
- Aware of the dynamics and strategies as well as the daily routine on the shop floor
- Specific training skills in terms of techniques, contents design, organization, and roll-out (Needs analysis/design/delivery)
- Sincere interest in people development

- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Passionate and energetic, communicates self
- confidence and reliability
- Proactive, flexible attitude and positive approach to change
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Well-organized and confident in managing database and figures.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point and Excel)
- Experience in SAP
English fluency is a must
