Il/la stagista sarà inserito/a nella nuova struttura di Operational Design Control and Resilience - Business Continuity all’interno del dipartimento del Chief Operating Officere avrà l’obiettivo di supportare il team nella predisposizione e gestione dei piani di continuità aziendale. Questo ruolo offre un’opportunità di apprendimento pratica per comprendere come la banca si prepara e risponde a interruzioni operative / situazioni di crisi.

**Obiettivi formativi**:
Il/la stagista, nel percorso di stage collaborando con il team, avrà modo di apprendere fornire il proprio supporto per:

- la valutazione dei rischi ed analisi degli impatti aziendali
- la creazione della resilienza operativa/di business assicurandosi di indentificare punti di debolezza nel ripristino dei processi aziendali e individuando le azioni correttive da implementare
- l’analisi dei processi di business critici e del set informativo necessario per la creazione dei piani di continuità aziendale
- la comprensione dei processi aziendali end to end attraverso la mappatura delle dipendenze, definendone i tempi di ripristino
- la creazione e/o aggiornamento della documentazione a supporto dei processi critici (Business Impact Analysis)
- l’analisi critica dei requisiti di business versus infrastruttura IT e successiva review/challenge
- la creazione /aggiornamento dei piani di continuità aziendale
- l’aggiornamento del registro fornitori Terze Parti e Intragruppo
- la condivisione della governance e temi di continuita operativa
- l’aggiornamento dei risultati raggiunti / gap / azioni da implementare per i precedenti punti elencati

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Preferibile laurea in discipline tecnico/scientifiche: Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale, Gestione del Rischio
- Conoscenza pacchetto OfficeOttima conoscenza E
- cel
- Gradita conoscenza Sharepoint, MS Teams
- Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- Capacità analitiche, organizzative e di problem solving
- Curiosità e volontà di apprendere
- Spiccate doti di comunicazione e relazionali
- Intraprendenza e lavoro di squadra

**Durata tirocinio**: 6 mesi, con possibilità di estensione in base alle esigenze aziendali e alle prestazioni dello/a stagista
