Our professional challenge:
For our shiny headquarter in
**Milan**, we are looking for a goal-oriented
**onboarding and training tasks**.
**What you will do**:
- ** Promote learning and development paths**. You will take care of running any soft and hard skills courses that can enhance our colleagues' know-how, as well as mandatory training (such as Health & Safety, 231, GDPR). You will monitor each course execution, update our database, send surveys to gather the participants’ feedback and develop new courses.

**What you bring**:
- You developed at least 6 months experience in the HR field;
- You got a Bachelor or Master of Science in Humanistic or Economics disciplines, Human Resources or Psychology;
- You are a quick learner, able to adapt to a fast-changing environment;
- You distinguish yourself for your empathy and good listening skills;
- You work with great accuracy, paying attention to details;
- You have strong organizational skills;
- You are fluent in Italian and English;
- You know how to use Microsoft Office (especially, Excel) pretty well.
