We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join the Human Resources team in our Milan Headquarter as HR Intern, who can support us in attracting and engaging retaining top talents across our European platform.
You will work closely with the HRBPs throughout all the recruiting processes, consolidate your expertise in day-to-day people-related activities and gain hands-on experience in people management.
Supporting the implementation of the HR recruiting strategy, from the definition to the sourcing and offer
Partnering with the team to provide general support over the daily agenda of tasks and projects
Helping with the HR administration and documentation operations
Providing support in all the training initiatives and special projects
Master’s degree in Economics, Human Resources major will be a plus
Strong interest in Human Resources and people management
Good English both spoken and written is a must
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Previous experience in HR will be considered a plus
Type and lenght of contract: 6 months internship
