Shape the future of e-health with us as Human resources project manager you will oversee the implementation of HR-related projects within the Ambulatory and Pharmacies information system Europe Segment. You will work closely and directly with the Head of Human Resources and with the HR teams across the European Reagion to run and deliver projects and overarching tasks designed to improve the human resources function in the Segment. Specifically you will link the business and HR needs and outcomes for the success of the task you will be in charge of.

Your contribution:

- In collaboration with the Head of HR, you will support the implementation of organizational development measures as well as talent and potential acquisition.
- You will co-ordinate the HR reporting activities and will secure the cross-country alignment.
- You will co-ordinate the projects and the special activities, sometimes urgent that will arise and you will be the direct interface of business leaders and HR teams on such.
- You will participate in coordinating and organizing collaboration with the aforementioned HR area.

What you bring:

- Your knowledge: you have completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Your knowledge: you have gained practical experience in project management and you are familiar with the HR matters.
- Your independence, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Your practical knowledge of HR systems and good and proven knowledge of excel and power point.
- Your love for international environments and multicultural approaches. You are fine and give your best in teamwork and take pride in receiving and giving back.
