The HR Field Manager, EMEA will be responsible for outstanding customer service and operational excellence delivering HR programs with a focus on efficiency, data, and technology for all Teradyne Testing business groups and subsidiaries (UK, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy and Israel - 9 locations). This position has 1 Human Resources Representative rt located in Germany and another potential additional direct report based in France or Italy.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a role in the continuous improvement and development of our EMEA HR field team while delivering best practices for service delivery. This position will require your organizational, customer-focused experience to create robust processes which are aligned with all businesses across our portfolio.

This HR Field Manager, EMEA is responsible for the following:

- Adoption of automated tools and resources to best support employees and managers.
- Local support and rollout of new and annual HR programs and policies such as talent management, compensation, and workforce planning (in conjunction with HRBPs and COEs).
- Close partnering with local managers across the region and Corporate Central HR team members to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Support and coach managers and employees in the performance management process, such as, developing high-potential employees and managing poor performers.
- Strong country intimacy for handling specific issues such as: employee engagement, compliance, employee relations, employee life-cycle management and particularly with local management team to ensure company business and customer service will continue with plan and post covid-19 pandemic hybrid workforce plan.
- Recruiting and Sourcing execution across all businesses, bringing in new talent according to the organization needs within reasonable duration, most importantly to meet headcount requirement under our commitment with the DIS Center in Italy.
- Provide regional benefit design and administration oversight.
- Capability to interact with HR issues in the context of Work Council in Germany and France.
- Execution and ownership of local HR processes with a focus on standardization, quality, and efficiency.
- Seamless service delivery to business, colleagues and managers through building and managing relationships with Business Leaders, COE’s (Talent Management, Global Compensation, HR Operations), Strategic HR Business Partners, Payroll and Finance.
- Oversee and support EMEA monthly payroll processes and financial audits
- Support for all Tier 2 HR related questions for employees and managers.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Ability to grow and develop HR team members.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build strong relationships and become a trusted partner to relevant stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Track record of successfully juggling multiple projects and priorities.
- Able to navigate ambiguity and shift direction when priorities change.
- Strong GDPR awareness to act a s a champion in this matter.
- Expected to travel regional as required.
- Relevant experience in HR positions in a multinational company.
- Minimum of 10+ years of HR experience
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent relevant work experience.
