We are currently looking for an intern to join our **Human Resources team** in Milan.

As an intern with IQVIA, you will be responsible, under supervision, in supporting HR Business Partners of the local HR team in managing different types of activities such as:

- Support HR team in dealing with **day-to-day activities** (i.e.new joiners forms, employment contract creation, internal communications, maintenance and update of internal systems, internal HR ticketing system, onboarding of new joiners, managing feedback session interviews with new employees)
- Participate in **internal meetings with business lines**:

- Gaining experience in dealing with **local and international HR dynamics** within a complex multinational environment
- Support HRBP in preparing reports and deliverables related to specific topics such as**:headcount forecast, budget definition, compensations & performance management**

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- MSc degree with strong record of academic achievement, preferably in **Management**, **Political Science**, **Humanities, Psychology** or **Law**:

- ** Specialized Master in Human Resource Management **will be considered a plus
- Previous experience in HR department would be considered a plus
- Strong internal **customer focus**:

- Demonstrate **excellent** **Microsoft Office Skills**: ability in working with **Excel spreadsheets** and **Power Point presentations**:

- Solid **communication skills**:

- Proficiency both in **English** and **Italian**:

- Ability to be multi-tasking in a **fast-paced environment** and to work on a team
