Envolve Consulting, an indipendent company specialised in management search, is looking for Master Data Coordinator.

The Master Data Coordinator is responsible for the creation and maintenance of Master Data that are fundamental to business processes. Relevant systems and processes include, but are not limited to, SAP system. This position will work closely with both Business Process Key Users and everyday users of these systems to execute data creation and maintenance processes to meet the expected service and quality levels.

MAIN TASKS:

- Manage master data definition, registration and integrity in the systems within the assigned area of responsibility, respecting Corporate Data Quality guidelines, in order to ensure data completeness, reliability and quality in all Company database and tools;
- Input into the relevant database (PLM/ERP systems) all technical data to be used along the product development, operations, supply chain, finance and digital processes;
- Support the data owners in collecting and structuring technical master data respecting data classifications and codification rules, according to Data Quality guidelines;
- Perform periodic check on master data in order to ensure quality, completeness and reliability of all information registered in the systems;
- Participate in IT projects to develop/implement other systems and tools in order to boost Master Data management evolution.

Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of projects management;
- Ability to manage master data team.

PROFILE
- Master’s Degree
- Fluent English;
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members, external data providers and management
- Analysis and Problem Solving skills
- Proactivity and goal-orientation
- Teamworking
- Synthesis capabilities

PLACE OF WORK: Belluno.
