**Descrizione del ruolo**:
Il nostro/a collaboratore/collaboratrice che ricoprirà il ruolo di porter, contribuirà al lavoro del team del ricevimento per garantire ai nostri ospiti un servizio eccellente. Contestualmente apprenderà abilità di servizio e la gestione degli ospiti, agendo nel rispetto della nostra filosofia aziendale, degli standard operativi e delle procedure, impegnandosi a mantenere un’atmosfera di lavoro armoniosa con un approccio incentrato sulla collaborazione.

**Principali mansioni e responsabilità**:

- Occuparsi dello smistamento delle borse e delle valigie dei nostri ospiti in arrivo e in partenza, e quando necessario mette i tag dando la contromarca all’ospite;
- Consegnare messaggi, oggetti ecc. in camera in base alle indicazioni ricevute dalla ricevimento/concierge;
- Svolgere commissioni per gli ospiti su istruzioni ricevute dal ricevimento;
- Gestire il parcheggio delle auto come da procedura;
- Controllare costantemente le aree comuni e assicurarsi che tutto sia sempre in ordine, pulito e conforme ai nostri standard;
- Assistere il team dei giardinieri in alcuni compiti, come controllare la pulizia dei camini (quando sono accesi), e sistemare la ghiaia della corte con il rastrello;
- Aiutare negli allestimenti degli eventi;
- Mantenere una relazione professionale ed eticamente corretta con tutti i colleghi e ospiti;
- Usare correttamente i materiali in dotazione;
- Agire nel rispetto di tutte le norme di igiene, salute e sicurezza;
- Assimilare e mettere in pratica, tutte le informazioni condivise durante i training.
