**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Handle the sorting and transportation of guests’ luggage upon arrival and departure, including tagging and providing claim checks to guests.
- Deliver messages and items directly to guest rooms, following instructions from the Front Desk/Concierge.
- Perform errands for guests as requested by the Front Desk.
- Manage guest car parking, ensuring safety and order according to company procedures.
- Regularly monitor common areas, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and meet our high standards.
- Support the gardening team with specific tasks, such as cleaning active fireplaces and raking gravel in the courtyard.
- Assist with event setups as needed.
- Maintain professional and ethical relationships with colleagues and guests.
- Use materials and equipment responsibly and efficiently.
- Adhere to all hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
**Required Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to dynamic operational needs.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to tasks.
- Basic technical skills to handle luggage and equipment efficiently.
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
