Per il potenziamento della Filiale Mercedes-Benz di Roma Acqua Acetosa siamo alla ricerca di un/a PRODUCT EXPERT.
Come Product Expert ti immergerai nelle esigenze di mobilità del Cliente al fine di comprenderne le specificità, supportandolo nella configurazione del prodotto più adeguato e fornendogli una gamma completa di informazioni tecniche.
Il mondo Mercedes-Benz non avrà segreti per te, sarai fonte di conoscenza per tutti i clienti Autotorino e punto di riferimento per i tuoi stessi colleghi. Diventerai un/a esperto/a qualificato/a e certificato/a dalla Casa Madre stessa.
Le emozioni saranno protagoniste durante la tua giornata lavorativa, in salone e su strada. Grazie alle tue capacità di ascolto e coinvolgimento accoglierai il Cliente in Show Room per comprenderne le esigenze, lo guiderai a bordo della sua prossima auto nell’entusiasmante esperienza del test-drive, accompagnandolo nella scoperta di tutte le tecnologie e funzionalità più innovative.
Sarai inoltre protagonista nell’atteso giorno del ritiro della vettura Dopo aver consegnato le chiavi in mano al Cliente gli chiarirai il funzionamento di tutta l’auto: dai piccoli particolari alle personalizzazioni richieste. Il tuo obiettivo sarà assicurargli un’esperienza d’acquisto esclusiva e indimenticabile.

hai una buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office.
Ti offriamo un percorso formativo interno tramite Sales Academy, il programma di Autotorino dedicato ai nuovi talenti della vendita nel settore automotive. Parteciperai, inoltre, ai corsi di formazione ufficiali di Casa Madre per ottimizzare la conoscenza técnica dei prodotti e del metodo commerciale.
**Tipologia contrattuale di inserimento**: P.IVA Agente Enasarco. Fisso mensile di € 2.000,00 + iva.
