We are looking for a dynamic, multi-tasking, proficient English-speaking Admin & Sales Assistant based in our Office in Rome - EUR.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Congresses & Events organization support;
Admin support to sales force (Car Fleet, time attendance, communications, etc);
Customer Care management (after sales);
Office General Administration;
Sales statistics and commission schemes;
Support to Procurement (I-Buy req, purchase invoices check, phone contracts, etc.);
Support to compliance and R&A, repertorio etc;
Backup tender office.
**Key requirements**:
Bachelor degree, preferably in Economy, Administration or related disciplines;
Proactivity, multi-tasking ability and effective time management and personal organization;
Previous experience in administrative functions is preferred;
Proficient Italian and English is mandatory.
