Cerchiamo un/una stagista motivato/a per supportare il nostro team di **Customer Solutions & Analytics (CS&A)**, contribuendo a progetti strategici e operativi focalizzati sull’ottimizzazione delle performance del Field Force e sull’analisi dei dati per decisioni aziendali informate.
**Job Description** Attività Principali**
- ** Supporto al Project Management**
Assistenza nella gestione di progetti legati a (CS&A), con particolare attenzione a processi di pianificazione e implementazione.
- ** Data Analytics**
Partecipazione all’analisi dei dati aziendali per fornire insight utili durante revisioni aziendali e processi decisionali, manutenendo e migliorando diverse fonti dati
- ** Gestione Strumenti di Field Force**
Supporto nell’implementazione e gestione di strumenti come Veeva CRM e nell’identificazione di aree di miglioramento per aumentare l'efficienza del Field Force.
- ** Supporto alla Pianificazione Strategica**
Collaborazione nelle attività di analisi e definizione dei KPI per misurare la produttività del Field Force e il successo delle azioni di customer engagement.
- ** Reporting e Condivisione di Best Practices**
Preparazione di report e presentazioni per il monitoraggio delle performance e la condivisione di best practices tra i team aziendali.

**Qualifications**
- ** Competenze Linguistiche**
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- ** Capacità Analitiche**
Interesse per l’analisi dei dati e competenze di base in strumenti come Excel o altri software di analytics.
- ** Attitudine Relazionale**
Ottime capacità relazionali e collaborative, con abilità di lavorare in team interfunzionali e supportare la field force
- ** Adattabilità e Flessibilità**
Capacità di adattarsi a diversi stili di lavoro e ambienti dinamici.
- ** Conoscenze Preferenziali**
Familiarità con il mondo del Field Force e dei processi di Customer Engagement, oltre a un interesse per l'analisi dei dati aziendali
