**The role**:
Xylem is seeking to appoint a dynamic and motivated **Project Manager** to join our team in **Montecchio Maggiore (VI)** where there is a plant of over 800 employees.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible and accountable for on-time /within-budget delivery of New Product Development projects through Stage & Gate process.
- Be the ‘go-to’ person and effectively communicate with key stakeholders at all levels on project status, risks and resource needs
- Manage risks and escalate issues in time to develop countermeasures and mitigation plans
- Help to support and continuously improve project management practices
- Work closely with the global PMO team, and engage & support NPD process improvements & trainings
- Be open-minded to adopting best practices & methodology (i.e. Agile) in software or firmware developments
**Requirements**:
- ** 3+ Years of project-related experience** in the management of projects
- Requires Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or other related fields, as minimum.
- ** Good spoken and written English**:
- Fluent in Italian
- PMP certification is a plus
- International experience is a plus as the knowledge of the stage & gate process or Agile

**LOCATION**: Montecchio Maggiore (VI)
**CONTRACT**: full time, permanent
**SMARTWORKING**: 2 days per week (after training period, 2-3 months)
