As part of Global Operations, you’ll be working with an amazing diverse team of talented and customer centric people across the world. **Role Overview**:
Offer refund services to tourists as well as 1st level support during refund processes, delivering a consistent and professional service in line with the current policies and procedures.

**What you will do**:
Provide the tourist with full and high
- standard support during the refund transactions, customized on requirements and case.
Support the tourists throughout the whole refund process, collaborating with the Customs authorities.
Maintain the customer experience at a high level as an important step of the customer journey.
Communicate with the main office and other departments in matters of daily business.
Undertake any general administrative task as assigned by the refund manager.

**Who you are**:
3- 5 years working experience in a comparable position (finance industry)
Experience in cash handling and relevant procedures
Ability to work in customer
- facing roles
What you will need to bring to Planet
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, team player and hands on mentality
Fluency in written and spoken English
Chinese, Russian or Arabic speakers are mostly welcomed.
