**Forensic **è la linea di servizi di **KPMG Advisory **che offre servizi professionali volti alla prevenzione, identificazione, e minimizzazione dei rischi economici, reputazionali ed informatici derivanti da frodi, irregolarità, controversie di natura commerciale e finanziaria e inadempienze contrattuali.

Nel team di
**KPMG Forensic **potrai assistere i clienti ed i loro consulenti legali:

- nella prevenzione, identificazione e nella risposta a violazioni (normative e/o procedurali), contestazioni o irregolarità;
- nel prevenire, nel mitigare con piani di rimedio e nel risolvere dispute e contestazioni;
- nell’utilizzare informazioni ed altre evidenze pubblicamente disponibili riferite a persone fisiche e giuridiche.

Ricerchiamo per la nostra sede di **ROMA **giovani e brillanti laureandi e neolaureati da inserire nel team affinché possano contribuire a fare la differenza per i nostri clienti.

Nello specifico potrai occuparti di:

- Investigation (Fraud & Misconduct, Bribery & Corruption, Other Regulatory, Cyber)
- Dispute Advisory (Expert Witness, Arbitrator-Mediator o Independent Expert, Forensic Transaction)
- Corporate Intelligence (Integrity Due Diligence Third Parties, Know Your Client, Investigation Support, Litigation Support)
- Contract Compliance (Supplier Review, Distributor Review, Royalty & License Review)
- Fraud Risk Management & Corporate Compliance (Regulatory Enforcement Compliance, Fraud Risk Management).
- Laurea magistrale in materie **economiche e/o contabili (es. economia aziendale, AFC, Economia e gestione di impresa, etc.)** con ottima votazione
- Conoscenza in materia di** contabilità, Forensic Accounting, Compliance (es. normativa 231, AML, etc.), Corporate Governance and Risk Management**, preferibilmente avendo frequentato dei corsi universitari e/o master in tali ambiti
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, meglio se avvalorata da un’esperienza di studio/lavoro all’estero (**livello C1**) - il team lavora prevalentemente con clienti internazionali.
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office
- I dati richiesti verranno trattati nell’assoluto rispetto delle disposizioni contenute nel Regolamento Europeo 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation - “GDPR” o “Normativa Privacy”) e sue successive modificazioni ed integrazioni._
